Welcome to the National Voter Education Week at votereducationweek.org website (the “Website”), operated by the Student Learn Students Vote Coalition, a project of the National Conference on Citizenship (“NCoC” or “we” or “us”). We are a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening civic life in America.

We provide information and resources relating to voting, which may include articles, press releases, photographs, stories and case studies, reports, newsletters, video broadcasts, social media ready materials, and interviews with personnel, corporate and community partners, and volunteers (collectively, “Intellectual Property”). Unless otherwise expressly stated, all content provided on the Website is Intellectual Property that belongs to us or has been licensed to us for use on the Website.
Any users who have submitted Intellectual Property to us for use via the Website or otherwise is also subject to our Materials Release terms which are incorporated into these Terms of Use.
You are permitted to download information from the Website for your own personal informational use. You may also copy, distribute, adapt, and transmit content from this Website solely for not-for-profit or educational purposes. If you have signed up and been accepted to be a Partner or a Creative you can refer to your relationship with NVEW as such, but you may not suggest any other relationship, endorsement or affiliation with us unless you obtain express written permission.

This Website is owned and operated by us from our offices in the District of Columbia. Your use of the Website, and any related legal action, will be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia and the Federal Arbitration Act. If any controversy or claim between you and us arises out of your use of the Website that cannot be resolved through direct discussions or mediation, the dispute shall be resolved by final and binding confidential arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its consumer arbitration rules or subsequent versions thereof (“AAA Rules,” available at www.adr.org) or, if the claims qualify, in small claims court. We each agree that the statute of limitations for asserting any claims arising out of use of the Website shall be a period of one year from the event in question. We each agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of actions arising out of or connected with these terms or Website shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.
