Level up your voting engagement!

Elections are powered by people. Once you’re ready to vote, take it a step further: get your friends and family ready to make their voices heard, become a poll worker, volunteer with Election Protection, and let folks in your network know you’re #VoteReady.

Help your friends and family navigate the election

People are more likely to vote when they’re asked by someone they know. You are the best ambassador for voting in your community! You’ll be more effective at getting your friends’ attention than a stranger who is volunteering, and it’s one of the easiest ways to maximize your impact this election.

Sign up to be a poll worker

Becoming a poll worker is one of the best ways to support democracy. Poll workers check people in at the polling place, hand out ballots, and make sure voting is a positive and empowering experience for everyone. When there aren’t enough poll workers, voters can face barriers to casting their ballot, including longer lines and fewer polling locations. Most states pay poll workers for their service and welcome people as young as 16 to serve. You can also add your poll worker experience to your resume! Find out more and apply below.

Volunteer with Election Protection

Help ensure voting goes smoothly for voters across the country. There are plenty of ways to get involved. You can monitor polling places for voter suppression efforts or you can watch social media for misinformation and disinformation. You can also connect with voters to help them learn their rights or navigate the voting process and cast their ballot securely and safely.

Volunteer with Election Protection

Voting rules vary across each state and community. Our partners at Election Protection have compiled several of these laws or you can always go directly to the source to learn more about the options in your state.
